Terms of use

Last updated: 9 October 2026

1. The app

Crispr AI lets you run third-party open AI models on your own Android device. The app's source code is published under the MIT licence. By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. AI output can be wrong

Replies are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or offensive. Do not rely on them for decisions that matter without checking another source. You are responsible for how you use what the app generates.

3. Not professional advice

Crispr AI and its agents are not doctors, therapists, lawyers or financial advisers, and Crispr AI is not a medical device. Nothing in the app is medical, mental-health, legal, tax or investment advice. In an emergency, or if you may harm yourself or others, contact your local emergency services immediately.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to harm or harass others, to create content that sexualises minors, or to deceive people in ways that cause harm. You can report a harmful AI reply from the flag button under any reply or from Settings → Report a problem.

5. AI models

Models are made by third parties (for example Google, Alibaba, Microsoft, DeepSeek and Hugging Face) and are downloaded from Hugging Face. Each model has its own licence, shown in the app. Crispr AI does not own or warrant these models.

6. Crispr Pro

Crispr Pro unlocks additional agents. It is sold through Google Play as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in Google Play. Prices are shown before you buy. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. Purchases belong to the Google account that made them and can be restored on your other devices.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. The developer is not liable for losses arising from use of the app or from reliance on AI output, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: open an issue on GitHub.
